The new brewing unit is the next stage of what once began with the Aromatica system. NIVONA always focused on one thing: taste and its possibilities. The technology should not dictate coffee enjoyment, but should enable the entire world of coffee. No matter whether for a cappuccino, espresso or a quick coffee to start the day. Accordingly, the Aroma Balance System can now be used to directly influence the brewing process. The new brewing unit in the 8000 series expands this idea with new possibilities.
